Message from the Course Director

I consider it is a privilege to serve as the Director (Course) of Oxford Lanka Campus and Secretary of the “Build a Drug-Free Country” project, known as “Mathin Thora Deshayak.”

Oxford Lanka Campus stands out among the private universities established in Sri Lanka as a prestigious educational institution. Over the last 23 years, we have consistently offered diploma and certificate courses in subjects such as counseling, psychotherapy, child psychology, and drug counseling. I firmly believe that Oxford Lanka Campus should be your preferred choice for pursuing a quality education in an era where education is often commodified. We are also in the process of planning and introducing degree courses in the near future.
Dr. Rasika Bandara, the founder of Oxford Lanka Campus and Oxford Lanka Medical Chairman, is truly admirable. His leadership in both the educational and drug-free initiatives has been remarkable.

I am delighted to collaborate with Oxford Lanka in our shared goal of “building a drug-free country.” Drawing on my 33 years of technical knowledge, skills, and experience gained as the Director General (Retd) and Director of Research (Retd) at the National Dangerous Drugs Control Board, I am committed to contributing to this noble cause.
